We currently deliver across India and to over 180 countries worldwide.

• For orders within India, please place your order through nannykids.in (Domestic Store).

• For international delivery, please visit our International Store.

This policy applies only to deliveries within India. For international shipping, please refer to the shipping policy available on our global website.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: All prepaid orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.

• Flat Rate Shipping: A fee of ₹49 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and prepaid orders below ₹999.

Delivery Process

• Once your order is placed, our team inspects each item to ensure it meets our quality standards.

• After inspection, the items are securely packed and handed over to our delivery partners.

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery to the provided address. If delivery is not possible at the first attempt, they will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Order Tracking

• After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier partner details.

• Tracking information is generally available within 24 hours of dispatch.

• You may also check your order status by logging into your Nannykids account under the “My Orders” section, or by contacting our Help Desk.

Orders with Multiple Items

• If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together once all items are ready.

• This ensures you receive your complete order at once while also helping us reduce packaging and shipping costs.

• Applicable shipping/COD charges will only be applied once per consolidated shipment.
