Return & Exchange Policy – Nannykids

At nannykids.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item delivered.

  • Damaged or defective product (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

  • Size or fit issues (for clothing items only; product must be unused).

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

All eligible products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Opened toys, hygiene-sensitive products, or innerwear.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products without original packaging/tags.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during shipping.


Exchange Process

If you would like to request an exchange (for example, a different size or color):

  1. Email us at returns@nannykids.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and details of the replacement item.

  3. Our team will confirm availability and arrange pickup (where serviceable).

Exchanges are allowed once per order and are subject to stock availability.


Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Approved refunds will be initiated only after the returned item has been received and passed quality inspection.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to collect your bank account details for the refund.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Pickup & Shipping

  • We will arrange pickup for returns wherever serviceable.

  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse. In such cases, we will reimburse courier charges up to ₹100.

Quality Check

All returned items are inspected before approval. Returns may be rejected if the product:

  • Has been worn, used, or damaged by the customer.

  • Is not returned in its original packaging and condition.

  • Fails to meet our return eligibility criteria.

Rejected items will be shipped back to the original delivery address.


Important Notes

  • Keep the original packaging and invoice until your return request is processed.

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

  • Nannykids reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
